Booking Terms
- Simple Process: Choose your preferred hotel on our platform, confirm your
dates, and secure your booking with a payment.
- Payments: Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your
reservation. Multiple payment options are available for your convenience.
- Confirmation: Once payment is made, your booking is locked in, and you’ll
receive a confirmation email (check your inbox or spam folder).
Cancellation & Refunds
- Non-Refundable: Hotel bookings are non-refundable. However, you can redeem your
payment toward a future hotel booking within one year.
- Changes: Date changes can be made up to two times before the check-in date. For

- Cancellation Timeframe:
- 7+ Days Before Check-In: Full amount redeemable for future bookings.
- 3–7 Days Before Check-In: 30% cancellation fee applies; 70% redeemable.
- Within 3 Days of Check-In: No refunds or redemption.
General Terms
- Changes by Niazi Tours: We reserve the right to alter or cancel hotel bookings
due to unforeseen circumstances without prior notice.
- Natural Disasters & Accidents: Niazi Tours is not responsible for losses caused
by natural disasters, accidents, or unexpected incidents affecting your stay.
- Read & Agree: By making a hotel booking through our platform, you confirm that
you’ve read and accepted these terms, including cancellation and refund policies.
