2. Non-Refundable Bookings

  • Advance Payments: All bookings, whether made through our website or manually, are non-refundable. However, payments can be redeemed for future trips within one full year.
3. Cancellation & Redemption

We know life doesn’t always go as planned, so we’ve made it easy for you to redeem your payments for future trips:

  • 7+ Days Before Departure: Fully redeemable for future trips.
  • 3-7 Days Before Departure: 70% redeemable, with a 30% cancellation fee.
  • Within 3 Days of Departure: Non-redeemable.

5. Changing Your Trip Dates

Sometimes, you need to change your trip dates. Contact us at 0320 5398306 or info@niazitours.pk.

  • Limitations: You can change your trip dates twice after booking.

Unexpected events may require itinerary adjustments without notice due to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Road conditions

7. Flight Bookings

Need to change your flight or cancel it? Here’s what you need to know:

  • Cancellation/Reissue: Contact us at least 48 hours before departure. Cancellation charges may apply based on airline policies.
  • How to Cancel: Call 0320 5398306 or email info@niazitours.pk.
  • Fees: Fees depend on the airline’s policies. No extra charges from us.
  • Refunds: Refunds (if applicable) are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
8. Hotel Bookings

Sometimes, plans change, and you need to cancel your hotel stay:

  • How to Cancel: Visit "My Booking" > "Cancel" to confirm cancellation.
  • Cancellation Fees: Fees depend on the hotel’s policy and timing.
  • No Date Changes: No swapping dates for hotels. Cancel and rebook if needed.
  • Special Dates/Events: Non-cancellable and non-refundable for special occasions.
  • Refunds: Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7-10 business days.

  • Provider Policies: All cancellations and refunds are subject to the policies of service providers (airlines, hotels, etc.).
  • Convenience Charges: These are non-refundable.
