Booking Terms & Conditions – The Journey Begins!

By booking a tour or service with Niazi Tours International, you’re agreeing to these terms. It’s like saying “yes” to an exciting adventure—only with a little more paperwork. Here’s what you need to know:

  • Booking Process: Bookings through our website are made simple! Choose your dream destination, fill out your details, and voilà, you’re ready to go. We’ll confirm your booking within 24 hours. You’ll get a confirmation email (cue the excitement). If you don't hear from us, check your spam folder—we like to think we’re more exciting than a spam email.
  • Payments: When you book, we’ll ask for a deposit or full payment, depending on the package. We accept various payment methods, so you’re free to choose what works best for you (credit card, debit card, online payment systems, or even a good ol’ cash transfer).
  • Booking Confirmation: Once you’ve made your payment, your booking is locked in. No cancellations allowed… unless you really need to make a change (see below for cancellations).
  • Changes & Modifications: Need to tweak your dates? No worries! You can make changes up to two times. After that, we might start giving you side-eye. Just kidding, we’re flexible, but keep it reasonable. Contact us at 0320 5398306 or info@niazitours.pk to make those magic adjustments.
Cancellation & Refunds – The Plot Twist!

We totally get it, life happens. So, if you need to cancel or change your trip, here’s the deal:

  • Non-Refundable Bookings: All bookings are non-refundable. But don’t panic! If you cancel, you can redeem your payment for a future trip within one full year. No stress, your money is still good for a future adventure.
  • Cancellation Timeframe:
  • 7+ Days Before Departure: Full redemption for future trips. That’s right, your travel dreams aren’t going anywhere!
  • 3-7 Days Before Departure: We’ll deduct a 30% cancellation fee, but you still get 70% for future travel.
  • Within 3 Days of Departure: No redemption or refund. We’ll miss you, but we’ve got to stick to the rules.
Promotions Terms & Conditions – Discount Dreams!

Who doesn’t love a good deal? We offer awesome promotions from time to time, and here’s the fine print:

  • Eligibility: Only eligible customers will receive promotions (no, your cat isn’t eligible). Keep an eye on our social media and website for promotions that are exclusive to our followers and website visitors.
  • No Combining Discounts: If there’s a promotion, you can’t combine it with another one. We love a good deal, but we’re not running a charity here (unless you want to donate us a plane ticket).
  • Validity: All promotions have a limited time frame. If you miss it, don’t worry, we’ll have more. But act fast—good things don’t last forever!
  • Cancellation of Promotions: We reserve the right to cancel any promotions if necessary. Don’t worry though, we won’t leave you hanging. You’ll be notified, and if you’ve already booked, you’ll still get your deal (promise!).
Data Usage – Your Info, Our Responsibility

Your privacy is important to us, but we also need your details to make sure you have an amazing experience. Here’s what we do with your info:

  • Collecting Data: We’ll collect your name, email, phone number, and other details you provide while booking. We’ll also collect your payment info—but don’t worry, we’re not doing anything shady with it.
  • Data Security: We take your privacy as seriously as we take our love for adventure. We use encrypted technology to protect your data. We’ll never share your personal info with third parties unless it’s necessary to process your booking or you’ve given us permission.
  • Marketing Emails: By booking with us, you agree to receive emails (we promise they won’t be spammy). You can unsubscribe at any time, but we hope you’ll stick around for the cool travel tips and deals.
